There are no reported body temperature changes with Metyrapone.

I used Metyrapone to block corticosterone production in rats. I found that the body tempertature was droping down to 35oC, starting half an hour after metyrapone injection and lasting for at least two hours. This happened to all the treated animals. It seemed that it is not accidental.
