mandogI started to use the inhaler 4 days ago and am doing good. going forward and reducing useage, I'm trying to understand how much nicotine I've been using with cigarettes versus inhaler, so I can intelligently reduce the cartridges in the future.
A cartridge has 4mg.s... this equates to how many cigarettes?

The amount of nicotine you get is less than you would receive from a cigarette, approximately one-third. The inhaler does not contain the other carcinogens and toxins that are harmful to your body.
