They should be starting to act stupid by now. Did you get it into the skin on her back? About 15 yrs ago I stayed with a friend a for a few days and her dog had fleas. I had my lhasa with me. He got a horrible case of fleas. The vet gave me frontline and I put it on, in a few hours you could literally see the fleas staggering and falling off. You didn't bath the puppy first did you? They need the oil on their skin to absorb it right.
