white round has the letters mlx and numbers 123 and on the bottle it says it is acetaminophen

Is this a whit round tablet with the imprint C/CT on it C on top and CT on the bottom?

I'm pretty sure it's just some form of aspirin or acetaminophen or ibuprofen. It has no numbers or letters. It's round and white.
