I just started pm and was prescribed 7.5 lortabs 3 to 4 times per day. I have 2 left and I also have one 5 mg lortab left over. My appt is next in a few days. I'm trying to go without so that I will be able to take it closer to time so it will show up in drug screen. If I take the 5 mg lortab the morning of will that be enough to show up in drug screen? Also is flexeril on a drug screen?

You didn't say if your drug test is for a job you are applying for or drug testing your current employer is going to do. If you provide a note from your doctor that you are taking lortab for pain management, this should satisfy your employer if the lortab should show up on your blood test. When I was hired for my present job, I was asked on the application what drugs I was taking and the reason. I take lortab too and also an anti-depressant. It made no difference to my employer. I think the important thing is to be honest about it. It isn't uncommon for people to take prescription drugs. It should not have any adverse effect on your job. Just tell them upfront. Don't try to hide it. If you don't tell them and it does show up on your blood test, then your employer may think you're using for recreational purposes.
