Cough sounds bad and wont let her sleep, her chest sounds tight! Had h1n1 less than 2weeks ago and the COLD part i believe is going to her chest now. my only question is with the 1 musinex mini melt packet should I also give her a dose of benadryl? Thanks

what are the h1n1 symptoms? what is really the diffrence in this virus from the regular flu virus? far as the mucus in the chest by al means tell her to cough it up and spit it out no matter what that must happen. read what u can take with that musinex some things are not good to mix although benadryl works well. i had this 2weeks ago i tried theraflu sinus&cold u can try this or theraflu cold&cough or robitussin cough&chest congestion keep her head and chest coverd and plenty liquids.
My 3 and 4yr old both came down with a temp of 102 out of no where and temp over 4 days stayed at 101-104! They both has headaches and severe bodyaches! They had no energy for a week! I have only had flu 1x in mylife 10yrs ago! Awful, b4 dr diagnosed my kids I had a feeling it was h1n1! My kids and I rarely get sick praise GOD! 1st illness in yrs for my kids so I can't complain!
