I am 32 year old and overweight, poor diet. First, i do not have a prescription. I have been given a vardenafil 20 mg pill is whole, was given half a pill though. I have a poor diet, am about 40 pounds overweight, and have an irregular work schedule causing a higher stress level. I was looking for info from more experienced "users" on what to do or not do prior to taking the pill to maximize results. I understand i may get flamed here and please do not get offended per my age vs. typical "user" age.

It doesn't really matter about your age ... anyone can experience erectile dysfunction. But to be treated for it I definitely recommend that you see a doctor. Don't depend on getting pills from here and there. There may be an underlying problem which is causing the erectile dysfunction and firstly that problem needs to be addressed. All the best.

Marvell is absolutely right I would give you the same advice you need to be under the care of a doctor who knows you taking a medication such as this might be a very dangerous thing to do, one could compare it to a doctor prescribing medication without ever seeing you or knowing a thing about you I (and Marvell) want what is best for you and believe wholeheartedly that a doctors care is the only way to go please know that if we gave you any other advice it would not be in your best interest we do care
