30 mg morphine vs 4 mg dialuid?

is 4 mg or 8 mg of dialiid , in place of 30 mg of morphine

I'd stick with the Morphine if it works. Dilaudid's a funny drug. Some people feel it, and others don't. I needed 16 mg just to feel it, compared to 60 mg of Morphine.
