Walk and cause severe leg pain in both legs???
I have 3 bulging disc in my lumbar spine, can this cause severe pain and make it unbearable to?

Yes, it most certainly can. I have some of these same problems. I can't remember if you have seen a neurosurgeon or not. I have had two surgeries (many years ago) that did not help, but today they have minimally invasive surgeries for bulging discs that help many people. Some it does, & some it doesn't. It sounds like you have pressure on your sciatic nerve that is causing the leg pain. I personally would do the surgery than have to take pain plls the rest of my life. Best wishes to you...
