It is possible but far better to do it via your Dr. Also not just fetish guys but most women would like perfect breasts and are willing to spend a great deal of money to achieve their desired look. But, many women have their implants removed when they realize the dangerous health and cancer implications. Many men who develop breasts either naturally or chemically do end up hating their unnatural appearance and end up having hospital surgery to have them removed, (view many cases on-line). The results are not pretty. I myself suffer from a desire to be and feel more feminine. Unlike you I already suffer from 'Puppy fat' breasts made of natural fatty tissue and unfortunately at thirteen I formed unusual swollen aureole. I have to spend time trying to hide my breasts before socializing with friends, and find them embarrassing in public. In private my nipples are very sensitive and I love the feeling when touching/playing with them, but they are also a burden.
