Medications for Histoplasmosis, Immunocompromised Host or CNS Involvement

Histoplasmosis is a fungal infection caused by Histoplasma capsulatum, which primarily affects the lungs but may spread to other organs. An immunocompromised host refers to when a person's immune system is weakened or absent. CNS involvement or central nervous system involvement is part of the nervous system and includes the brain and spinal cord.
